| Ok guys, we need more members applying and i check z8games 5 times a day about... ill explain how i recruit people in the clan, and how you can to get people to apply...
1. Whisper them, say "do you need a clan?"
- If they dont respond, say it again.
2. If they dont respond again, then say it in public...
3. Repeat it until they say yes or no
4. If they say yes, ask them if they know how to apply.
5. If they do ask them to apply as soon as possible...
I will accept anyone for now, although the requirements still apply!
-1.5 KDR+
-Staff Sargent+
-Active
(Whenever there is a spop without a clan i accept 1.2+ KDRs....)
ALSO*- Some people have very good games, although awful KDRs... try to check there KDR before you tell them to apply... if they apply and they have a negative KDR then they are declined... | |

| Lol I didn't mean to, just happen to be recruiting and he said no, he is going to find a German clan, then I said we have a "few" members that are German, they are always on and they are legit, he said ok I'll join... So yeah, I use google Lang translated to talk to him sometimes, but he understands mostly... | |
